My career in HR began 11 years ago, and in 2020 I joined Gonvarri in Asturias. From the first day, I felt part of a big family, finding growth and opportunities to challenge myself. Currently, at Solar Steel, I have found constant growth and opportunities to challenge myself, contributing to innovation and sustainability, proud to contribute to the group's mission.

Over 20 years ago, I began my career in Purchasing, Finance, and Production. In 2022, I joined Gonvarri Solar Steel, feeling a strong sense of belonging. From the Planning and Monitoring department, we work on continuous improvement, bringing our experience and know-how to provide better service within Solar Steel.

After a decade in the industrial sector in Madrid in financial and logistics areas, returning to Asturias has been extremely gratifying professionally and personally. Gonvarri Solar Steel provides me with the opportunity to continue my development in a modern and innovative company, distinguished by its great values and sustainability mission. I particularly value the human support from the company and my team, which has facilitated my adaptation and allowed me to contribute effectively from day one.

I joined Gonvarri Solar Steel in 2020 during the COVID era, seeking a change from the textile business software industry. I found a magnificent group of people and felt part of the team from day one. My main task is to develop the company's internal software and address questions and issues that arise in the IT department, providing tools that facilitate daily work. I am very proud to be part of a company with such high human quality. At Gonvarri Solar Steel, each person is a true expert in their field. We form a tremendous team!

Trained internally through the Internship program, I am currently part of the Business Development team. Our ambition is to convey values of humanization, innovation, and sustainability in all our interactions. Working at Solar Steel is an extraordinary experience, allowing me to participate in numerous projects, witness moments of digital transformation, and access international experiences and fairs.

I started at Solar Steel through the Solar Steel Internship program in collaboration with the University of Oviedo. After completing the internship, I continued in the Control and O&M department. I have traveled across Spain and the world, learning about cultural differences and uniting in the goal of green and sustainable energy. Renewable energy is continually evolving, and being part of this project is very rewarding and exciting.

After graduating in Mining Engineering in 2016, I began working at Gonvarri, gaining experience in the steel sector. In 2019, I joined Solar Steel as a Construction Manager, learning about solar structures. Since 2022, I have been a Project Manager, overseeing projects that enable many communities to consume clean energy. This opportunity has allowed me to learn from different cultures and continue developing professionally in a company with great potential.

I started at GSS through the Solar Steel Internship program in collaboration with the University of Oviedo, where I graduated in Chemical Industrial Engineering. My first experience was in the Business Development department and later in the back office, preparing bids for new projects. I highlight the excellent work environment and team support. I am delighted to be part of Gonvarri Solar Steel and contribute to the progress towards a more sustainable future.

With over 10 years of experience in the solar sector, I am a Key Account Manager in the Commercial Department at Solar Steel. Working here allows me to continue learning and developing professionally, working with clients from different countries and understanding their specific requirements. Participating in national and international events is a great opportunity to better understand the sector and continue growing.

My journey at Solar Steel began in 2018 with an internship as a product design engineer. In 2022, I led a solar tracker development team, focusing on combating global warming and optimizing energy efficiency. My professional development is evident in every step towards sustainability, establishing a legacy of ecological responsibility for future generations.

Since I began my working life, I have worked in the metal and construction sectors. Being closely acquainted with solar plants, I am aware of the environmental and labor impact of renewable energy. Currently, I am a Project Engineer at Solar Steel, balancing this role with my Ph.D. studies in Energy and Process Control. Being part of Solar Steel is an enriching experience, allowing me to participate in events like "Genera 2024.

Since my MBA, I have been interested in the business impact on the environment, leading to internships in sustainable construction and sustainability projects. With a scholarship from Solar Steel, I am part of the Business Development department, contributing to the energy transition. I am fulfilling my goal of developing my career in a purpose-driven company.

I worked at Gonvarri since 2019, gaining valuable experience in purchasing, logistics, and supply chain in Turkey. In 2023, I joined Gonvarri Solar Steel in Spain, working with a multicultural team that supports my professional growth. It is exciting to work on incredible projects with this team.
